Located in the residential area of Cap de Nice, Villa CAP DES ANGES By Riviera Holiday Homes is 155 square meters in size and is fully air conditioned. It enjoys a panoramic view on the one hand on the Baie des Anges, on the other hand on Cap Ferrat and the Bay of Villefranche sur mer.
Villa on 3 levels:
Entrance into the villa from the 1st level: Luxurious furnishings and equipment, excellent fittings and a sea view from the entire living room - dining room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a toilet with shower and linen corner.
Access to the 2nd level by a "design" staircase, to the 3 bedrooms: the 1st with 160 cm bed and its ensuite bathroom with WC, the second with 1 160 cm bed, the 3rd with 2 70 cm beds that can be joined to make a bed a double bathroom with WC.
On the ground floor: A swimming pool, a small terrace with dining area, a summer kitchen area with barbecue, ice maker and refrigerator, induction hob, coffee maker: the swimming pool of 5m / 2 meters and 1.50 meters deep can be heated on request. Price extra!
Internet wifi - Pets not allowed - Deposit 1500 euros.
