This villa is tastefully furnished and is fully equipped. It consists of a living / dining room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two of them with a Queen size bed (160 cm) each and the other with two single beds ( 90 cm), three bathrooms adjoining each bedroom, two with shower and another with bath and toilet plus a separate toilet.
It also benefits from an enclosed garden of 450 square meters with terrace and BBQ and its natural wooden swimming pool.
The Mont Boron park is a short walk away and you can jog or just walk around, while having a magnificent view that stretches from Nice to Monaco. The villa is ideally located near the city center of Nice and its old town with its quaint shops. A supermarket is 300 meters away, 10 minutes from Villefranche sur Mer and St Jean-Cap Ferrat, and 30 minutes from Monaco. Close to beaches and coves according to your preferences.
