VILLA FUON SANTA is a beautiful recent and comfortable villa located in a residential area with a private swimming pool surrounded by olive trees on an enclosed plot of 2000m².
You can easily reach the city center of Nice and its Promenade des Anglais and the beach in just 15 minutes, Cannes is 25 minutes, Nice airport 15 minutes.
Golf enthusiasts will find what they are looking for: some of the best courses on the Côte d'Azur (near Cannes and Mougins, 30 min).
The villa is composed as follows: On the ground floor, all the rooms have access to the garden and to the terraces. A large living room with dining room and access to the terrace, flat screen TV.
In the entrance a separate toilet
Spacious independent and fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, 4 gas rings, refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, dining area.
Upstairs are 4 bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with 140 cm wide double bed. 1 bedroom with a 90 cm bed - and the last bedroom with 1 160 cm wide bed.
A full bathroom is available for these 2 bedrooms. Air conditioning in the living room and the corridor leading to the 4 bedrooms. Shower room and separate WC.
Shaded bowls games. Dining area under the trees with barbecue.
