On the 2nd floor with a lift, it has a beautiful 32 m² terrace with a dining area and a panoramic sea view.
Tastefully furnished, it benefits from a quality layout.
It consists of an open-plan kitchen fully equipped, opening onto the living room with a dining area, 3 bedrooms all with 2 single beds that can be joined into a large bed and 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub as well as a separate toilet.
It is a 5-minute walk from the sandy beaches and 15 minutes from the shops and restaurants. During the summer, you can enjoy the Jazz Festival and the surrounding towns like CANNES, MOUGINS, GOLF JUAN etc.
The opening periods of the swimming pool are from June 1st to September 30th.

Location was brilliant with a pool and beach on your doorstep. Town was a nice walk in the evening but far enough for the noise isn't heard.

We stayed at the property for 2 weeks. It is a very nice flat, nicely equipped. The domain is well located and secure and the pool is fun for children and grown ups too.
