Located 200 metres from the Beach, the famous Negresco Hotel and the Promenade des Anglais, this seasonal rental is on the 4th floor with a lift, in a prestigious building. It has a beautiful open view of the courtyard.

It is not quite understandable that there are no wardrobes in the spacy bedrooms, instead you have to put your clothes on kind of coat racks.
And few picturespaintings at the walls would create a more cozy and comfortable feeling.

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich. Nur der Balkon ist sehr schmal. Die Lage ist ideal, da man, z. Beispiel die Promenade und Einkäufe für den täglichen Bedarf, sowie Restaurants, fußsee more

Beispiel die Promenade und Einkäufe für den täglichen Bedarf, sowie Restaurants, fußläufig in wenigen MInuten erreichen kann. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.
