L'OFFENBACH is a large apartment for seasonal rental located in Nice of 90 square meters ideal for a family of 4 people big and bright. It has a small balcony and is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator.
It consists of two bedrooms, one with a 160 cm bed and the other with a 140 cm bed, a separate kitchen, a living-dining room, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It is air conditioned in the living room and there are fans in the bedrooms.
A popular neighborhood in the heart of Nice, Le Carré d'Or is the most famous of Nice's downtown districts, the ideal location for a Mediterranean stay. The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants make it the most sought after area of Nice.
Near the Promenade des Anglais. Train station is 600 meters on foot. No need for a car by renting this apartment, you will do everything on foot, Old Nice and its Castle is 15 minutes away on foot.

Good spot in a prime location in Nice. Sort of near the main touristy section but quick light rail ride away to all areas of Nice. Cafes and bars are nearby, about a ten minute walk to the beach. Decor is simply okay but the balcony is wonderful. Wousee more

Lucienne’s place was exactly what we needed. The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings, very powerful a/c, adorable balcony, comfy beds, plenty of closet space, separate kitchen with everything that we needed for cooking. All is sparkling clesee more

The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings, very powerful a/c, adorable balcony, comfy beds, plenty of closet space, separate kitchen with everything that we needed for cooking. All is sparkling clean. The location is perfect, too. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach, large supermarket with great selection of charcuterie and cheeses is just around the corner. Several wine stores with local rose also just steps away. We were very comfortable and couldn’t wish for more. Book it!
