We struggled with heating settings. Set to 22 degrees but apt stayed at 18. (We did not contact RHH staff for guidance.) Bedrooms comfortable at night but living areas need space heaters. Again, no blame to RHH.

I sateyed in this appartment with three others for 2 weeks in July. The appartment was fantastic - very light and spacious. There was everything we needed for an extremely comfortable stay. We ate in for a lot of the evenings and found the kitchen tosee more
I sateyed in this appartment with three others for 2 weeks in July. The appartment was fantastic - very light and spacious. There was everything we needed for an extremely comfortable stay. We ate in for a lot of the evenings and found the kitchen to be very well equiped. There is a supermarket opposite so it was easy to buy food. The outside space was more than enough for the 4 of us to eat outsunbathe. The appartment is in an excellent location only 5 minutes from the beach and 10minutes from the old town. We all absolutely loved Nice and this appartment and I would happily stay here again.
