Close to the beach, shops and numerous restaurants. Enjoy your breakfast on the balcony with a clear view. It is a 10-minute walk from the old town. The tram will take you in a few minutes to Place Massena and Nice Ville train station.
On the interior side it is composed as follows: A kitchenette equipped with a living / dining area with a double sofa bed (140 cm), a bedroom with a Queen size bed (160 cm) and a bathroom. bath with shower and toilet.

I have wonderful memories from my stay in this apartment September 2018. Very cozy, clean and well equipped for a comfortable longshort term stay.
A beautiful view from the balcony, where you can enjoy a classic French breakfast, with your favorite croissants. Just 10 minutes walk through the old town (a georgeous street filled with many small shops, bakery and restaurants giving it a cozy but also lively atmosphere - you won't want to miss it!) to get the Côte d'Azur beach. The distance is convenient to everything you might need in the city. I will definitely come back!! |

Cuisine : équipement incomplet (absence de poêle, passoire, ouvre-boîte, 1 seul torchon) planche à repasser. Ceci a été remédié avec diligence par votre agence.
Salle : télévision avec problème d'émission des chaînes 2 et 3. La table pourrait être usee more
