The apt. was ideally located facing the Place Massena. Within a few minutes’ walk, we could reach the Promenade des Anglais, the Old Town and the shopping district.
We could see all of the Nice Carnival activities from our window — no need to even busee more

We had problems with both the TV and the air conditioning. Both were eventually resolved, but the A/C filters were filthy and needed replacing and the TV had not been set up properly with working batteries. These are things that should be reviewed ansee more
