It consists of an equipped kitchen, a living-dining room with a sofa bed for one person (120 cm), 1 bedroom with 1 Queen size bed (160 cm) and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
You can cross the city from east to west with the Tram. Nice city station 15 minutes walk. Pedestrian street less than 3 minutes and old town 10 minutes. Bus line on the Promenade des Anglais. Enjoy the beaches and restaurants which are a 5 minute walk away.
