This apartment is located very centrally and close to all amenities so perfect for a short break to explore the city and beaches of Nice. It was extremely clean and the staff at Riviera Holiday Homes were amazing - We got locked out of the apartment see more
This apartment is located very centrally and close to all amenities so perfect for a short break to explore the city and beaches of Nice. It was extremely clean and the staff at Riviera Holiday Homes were amazing - We got locked out of the apartment during our stay and had this resolved within a few hours which was great! I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment to anyone looking at visiting Nice.

This was our third stay in this apartment and our fourth in this block. It provides everything we need for a relaxing vacation. We love walking out onto Ave Jean de Medcin and joining in the wonderful atmosphere this creates. A walk through Place Massee more
This was our third stay in this apartment and our fourth in this block. It provides everything we need for a relaxing vacation. We love walking out onto Ave Jean de Medcin and joining in the wonderful atmosphere this creates. A walk through Place Massena at any time of the day is always a joy. PAUL's bakery and Monoprix are ideal for breakfast/lunch items. We eat out most nights ( prices this year were much higher than on previous visits). We can recommend the Place Garibaldi for pre dinner drinks (happy hour). We take the bus to in city sites/ museums and trains to Monte Carlo/Menton/Antibes etc. It is all so easy and not costly. Nice is very much home from home for us. Promenade des Anglais is magical at any time of the day. The staff at Riviera Holiday Homes are very efficient and helpful their arrangements gave us a stress free holiday.

My wife and I stayed there and could not have been happier with the location – 100m to Gallery Lafayette. It is so central and close to shops, cafes, Place Massena and the pedestrian area of Old Nice. The agents were superb and could not have been mosee more
My wife and I stayed there and could not have been happier with the location – 100m to Gallery Lafayette. It is so central and close to shops, cafes, Place Massena and the pedestrian area of Old Nice. The agents were superb and could not have been more helpful meeting us on arrival and were both friendly and professional. They have been in the rental business for over 20 years and it is easy to see why - I would definitely use them again. The apartment itself is perfect for a couple and is extremely comfortable and we were really able to relax and unwind. One major plus is the space on the balcony overlooking an internal courtyard where we were able to eat breakfastdinner when staying in. The only slight reservation is that for the price the owner might also provide satellite TV for non French speakers – but that is a minor issue. We would definitely consider booking the apartment again in the future.
