L'emplacement, la vue, la place dans l'appartement, la proximité.
Bâtiment plus que connu de Villefranche, très belle vue depuis l'appartement ou nous étions. Des levés de soleil magnifiques.

Beaucoup de place, très pratique avec 2 enfants, sachant qu'on avait encore la poussette, le Cosi, le transat, le lit parapluie, etc Non loin de la plage et des restos, même de l'aire de jeux à l'octroi. Cela peut paraître loin pour certains, mais parce que Villefranche, ça monte et ça descend, pentes, escaliers, donc ça fatigue haha. Un calme appréciable. Agence très réactive, personnel adorable. Je repasserai par eux pour ma location de cette année. |

L'appartement nous a tout de suite plu car il était grand, malgré tout il manquait un peu ce côté familial. Je m'explique. Depuis petite je viens à Villefranche en famille et on arrivait à louer d'année et année pour se réunir. J'essaie de faire perdurer ça, mais arrivés dans l'appartement on voit que cela manque d'un peu de matériel. Des ustensiles pas forcément adapté à l'induction. Rien pour cuisiner en "quantité", par exemple juste une marmite pour faire des pâtes pour 6. Matériel non adapté pour étendre le linge également. Comme c'est un vieux bâtiment, il faut faire attention sur le balcon, surtout avec des enfants, mais il est bien quand même. On peut y aller sans souci, simplement toujours surveiller. |
