LARA AP4441 By Riviera Holiday Homes located in the heart of the old town and a few steps from the beaches, spacious apartment offering 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and with an independent entrance. Fully renovated and offering a lovely sea view, it is ideal for all types of stays.
The accommodation is composed as follows:The entrance opens onto a corridor serving the bedrooms on one side and the living area on the other, consisting of a living room equipped with two sofas, a coffee table, a TV and a WiFi internet connection.
The dining area offers a beautiful table that can accommodate 6 people. These rooms offer a very nice sea view over the roofs of the old town.
The living room is not air-conditioned (only the bedrooms are), but has a very effective fan.The functional kitchen, open to the living area, offers a dishwasher, oven and microwave, fridge/freezer, cooking plates, extractor hood, kettle, toaster and everything necessary for cooking and eating.
The first bedroom is air-conditioned, with a double bed, bedside tables, as well as a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. It has its own private bathroom with shower and washbasin as well as a WC. Window overlooking a very quiet street in the old town.The second bedroom is also air-conditioned, with two single beds, a wardrobe and bedside tables. Window overlooking a very quiet street in the old town. It also has its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and storage.An independent WC. A laundry room with washing machine and storage. All household linen (sheets-towels) and toiletries are provided, as well as a vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and iron.Note that the stairs leading to the accommodation from the private entrance are not protected by a barrier, which could make the accommodation unsuitable for young children.
Autonomous arrival with key box.A security deposit of €1000 is collected directly by Riviera Holiday Homes via Swikly (secure credit card authorization, no charge is made). ⚠️ Not applicable to Airbnb bookings. - Non-smokers - Pets not allowed

The kitchen is incredibly well equipped. It's a nice design. The location is wonderful. Just a few steps away from two of my favorite restaurants and close to the boulangerie. I'm renting it again next year.

We were two couples. One had to use the room with the twin beds. It would have been nice it we were able to move them together.
