Particularly well located, it is situated above a charming little square. The Marinières beach is an 8-minute walk away and the apartment is close to amenities: restaurants, supermarket, bakery, etc.

One bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a large wardrobe, another small bedroom/study with a single bed and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet.
Sandy beach: In Beaulieu, 10 minutes by car or bus.

Four perfect experiences in a row for staying at Le May! I find it and tranquil Villefranche Sur Mer an excellent homebase for exploring the French Riviera. Le May is exactly in the heart of old town pedestrian area, yet quiet inside, and a 1 minute walk to the waterfront, restaurants, beaches. Inside is as pictured, spotless, modern, comfortable, tasteful, spacious a welcoming home away from home. Spa bathroom lifts me up every time! Sandrine + the Riviera Holiday team are friendly, helpful, responsive and always a pleasure to work with. They generously gift a bottle of Rose. The apartment captures the eye of many passer bys - I notice coming and going many taking photos of its charm. It sits above a courtyard used by 2 small restaurants that close at 11 pm. Light chatter, dishes clinking is lightly audible but not offensive, After 11 pm is pure silence. I highly recommend Le May and the great team at Riviera Holiday Homes.

We found Le May a most pleasant and perfect home base for our French Riviera holiday. The apartment is comfortable, super clean, completely and tastefully upgraded, nice surprise as way more spacious than the photos appear. A large well lit and spasee more
We found Le May a most pleasant and perfect home base for our French Riviera holiday. The apartment is comfortable, super clean, completely and tastefully upgraded, nice surprise as way more spacious than the photos appear. A large well lit and spa- like bathroom with giant walk-in shower with rain shower head. The attractive location absolutely cannot be beat! Right in the center of old town Villefranche, steps from the waterfront and a super quick walk to train or bus. The only caution is that it sits above a small courtyard where a popular restaurant and wine bar have their tables set up. I was nervous about the noise for sleeping. However, the windows are indeed thick, the chatter from the restaurant was only lightly audible. I am a light sleeper and I slept very well every night. Both restaurant and wine bar close at midnight (summer) and complete silence the entire night after midnight. My daughter and I had an excellent, fabulous experience staying at Le May. I would recommend it to close friends or family and certainly plan to return!
