Located next to the Place de la Paix and close to shops, the VIEW ON THE BAY By Riviera Holiday Homes apartment is a cosy fully air-conditioned apartment on the 3rd and top floor of a building without a lift. It is furnished for 4 people.
It consists of:
A living/dining room with a beautiful view of the Rade de Villefranche-sur-Mer and the old town, a dining area with an equipped American kitchen, a bedroom with a 160cm bed.
Upstairs, a second air-conditioned mezzanine bedroom with a 160cm bed and a wardrobe.
A bathroom and a toilet
Please note, the stairs to reach the apartment are very steep but the apartment and the view are worth it!!
Security deposit €700 (pre-authorisation on card/not debited) - non-smoking and pets not allowed - air conditioning and wifi
