Located in Nice, the VILLA DE FERIC is a lovely independent villa of 160 m2 with a swimming pool. It is situated on the hills to the west of Nice, in a quiet area with an open view. A 1000 m2 enclosed and wooded garden completes the property. The villa can accommodate 8 people. On the ground floor: a fully equipped independent kitchen with access to the terrace equipped with a dining area and sun loungers. A living/dining room with a seating area and a fireplace, French windows opening onto the terrace and the garden. A first bedroom with a 140cm sofa bed with an en-suite shower room and a toilet.
