Quiet holiday home at the foot of the Château Hill. It only takes a few minutes to reach the typical markets of the Old Town, Place Garibaldi, Place Masséna and the beaches of Nice! The tram is very close.
The apartment can accommodate 4 people. It is composed as follows: a living/dining room with a separate equipped kitchen, a toilet and an equipped terrace with a view of the mountain on the ground floor.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and the other with 2 single beds that can be joined into a large bed. There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. You will find a separate toilet as well as a bathroom with an Italian shower.
Located in one of the few modern buildings in Old Nice, this 80 square meter house has everything you need for a wonderful family or friends holiday.
Pets not allowed - Wifi internet and a garage for 1 car. Security deposit €700 (pre-authorization on card/not debited)

Une maison en plein Nice, c'est très agréable, et ça change de l'appartement classique. L'emplacement est parfait car proche de tout (le port, le vieux Nice, Garibaldi, Masséna …) La maison en elle même est sympa et bien équipée, avec sa terrasse pousee more
