Facing the terrace with its large bay window, the apartment has a large bright living room with an American kitchen equipped with all comforts: fridge-freezer, induction hob, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishes/cutlery, many kitchen utensils, dishwasher and washing machine.
The apartment has two bedrooms:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140 X 200)
- A bedroom with two single "twin" beds (90 x 200), which has its own bathroom with 2 sinks and a toilet.
In the common areas giving access to the rooms there is a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
An iron and ironing board, a hairdryer are available.
Wifi accessible in the apartment, heat pump (reversible air conditioning/heating), large wall-mounted television.
