Located on the 4th and last floor of a completely renovated building with lift, this superb apartment benefits from quality contemporary furnishings. You have to walk up 1 half floor before taking the elevator, and ditto when exiting the elevator go up 1 half floor before arriving in the apartment.
This apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for two people, an open kitchen area with a dining area, the kitchen is equipped with a vitro hob, a microwave, oven, fridge and washing machine. -dishes.
The balcony is equipped with a dining area for 2 people.

Tout est bien (très bien même).
La localisation au centre de tout à pieds (plage, marché, centre historique, magasins).

Propre, Central, Particulièrement bien équipé, moderne, Calme , pratique .... Seul défaut l’accessibilité reste compliqué l’accès à la cabine Ascenceur depuis le Rez de chaussée ne se fait qu’après une dizaine de marches et l’accès à l’appartement desee more

Seul défaut l’accessibilité reste compliqué l’accès à la cabine Ascenceur depuis le Rez de chaussée ne se fait qu’après une dizaine de marches et l’accès à l’appartement depuis le pallier de l’ascenseur après 5/6 marches. L’appartement reste donc inadapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite ou en fauteuil roulant ! Nous avions une poussette et c’était du sport à chaque sortie.

It is located within a secure residence, with a swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts and a large landscaped park. This holiday rental offers unique amenities and a panoramic sea view over Nice and the Bay of Angels. It is located on the ground floor and has a large 60 m2 terrace, ideal for enjoying the long sunny days of the French Riviera. Fully equipped kitchen opening onto the terrace. Fully equipped living/dining room with TV. 2 bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed and the other with 4 90cm beds (2 bunk beds), 1 shower room with separate toilet.
