Located a stone's throw from the beach of Eze sur Mer, VILLA LUNA By RIVIERA Holiday Homes is a 160 m2 artist's house with sea view, lots of charm and can accommodate 8 people.
Fully air-conditioned; possibility to park a car in the garden. Public parking at the foot of the house.

The house is arranged as follows:
On the ground floor, 1 large bedroom with a double bed opening onto a small terrace on the south side and 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 king size bed (180*200) depending on your needs.
Bathroom with toilet, laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

On the first floor, a large living/dining room, sea view and possibility to eat for 10 people.
2 large terraces, one facing south with sea view, a dining area and a small lounge area, another at the back with a table for 8 people and a summer kitchen with barbecue and garden.
Fully equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee maker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, plain grill, microwave, etc.).

On the second floor, 1 master bedroom with a double bed (140*200), an en-suite shower room with toilets and a solarium terrace overlooking the sea. 1 other bedroom with 2 single beds that can be combined into a double bed if need and a shower room with toilet.
By its singularity, the whole house offers a warm and very welcoming atmosphere.

- Pebble beach: 3 mins walk, restaurants and water sports. Paddleboarding, kayaking, etc.
- Sandy beach: At Beaulieu 5 minutes by car or bus.
- Doctor, gendarmerie and post office: 3 minutes on foot.
- By bus: 20mn for Monaco and Nice
- Station, 7 mins walk. 25 mins for Italy and 20 mins for Monaco and Nice
- Bus station, 3 mins walk. Regular bus service to Nice and Monaco.
- In the surroundings: Roc Agel golf course. Many attractions and very beautiful varied walks on foot by car or by bike.
- Doctor, gendarmerie and post office: 3 minutes on foot
Artist's house.
A few hundred meters: pebble beach, restaurants, water sports. (Paddle, kayak, diving…). Buses, trains, doctor and gendarmerie.
In the surroundings: Golf, thermal baths, museums, many attractions and very varied ballads on foot by car or by bike.
