LE MAS DE GAIRAUT By Riviera Holiday Homes is a large 150m² villa equipped for 6/7 people. It is nestled in the heights of the Collines de Nice-Gairaut, less than 15 minutes from the beaches of Nice and the airport, and 45 minutes from the first ski resorts of the Nice hinterland. A pretty enclosed garden on either side of the villa, parking and a shared pool for the entire residence. The villa is quiet and in the immediate vicinity of many walks, the Gairaut waterfall and pretty villages close to the city. The access road takes you directly to the main roads of the Alpes Maritimes, which makes access easy to everything. The living space consists of a beautiful dining room with large bay windows, a living room with a seating area. The independent kitchen is fully equipped. This sunny space opens onto a beautiful terrace towards the garden. There are also three bedrooms with 2 double beds (160cm) and 1 double bed (140cm), a mezzanine accessible by a small spiral staircase that gives access to the 1st floor and a sleeping area with a single sofa bed.
