It is located on the 4th and top floor with a lift, in a charming building. It is close to all amenities and not far from the beach.
Apartment layout: equipped with a living area with flat screen TV and a 2-person sofa bed, the living room opens onto a small south-facing balcony. A feeling of comfort emanates from this very bright room which invites you to relax.
The kitchen is equipped to allow you to cook and have your meals at home. You will also have 2 bright and air-conditioned bedrooms with 2 double beds of 160cm, including an en-suite bathroom and a separate shower room with toilet.
Internet connection. Pets not allowed. Security deposit 700 euros (pre-authorisation on card / not debited).
